This is our first time at Ibis. Location is at center of Bangkok and nearby many shopping malls. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. She help us to provide room with stadium view. It's so nice!!! Room a bit small but it is fine for stay 2 people. If I travel to Bkk next time, here is one of our best choice to stay.

The experience of staying at this hotel is very good,the waiter provided us with early check-in, the service is excellent, and the environment is relatively clean. i think it's a comfortable vvacation because of this hotal. I recommend checking in！

I had a great time at the ibis Siam. Stayed for 4 nights from the 13-17 July. Location was really great just a stones throw to the shopping centres and next to the metro station. Having a 7-11 at the lobby was also very convenient. My room included breakfast and it was truly worth it. Food and variety was good. Not everything was perfect. If I am to state, 1) the condition of the carpet on the 14th floor was beneath the ibis standard, with stains all patches all around. 2) shower pressure was inconsistent. However for the price paid...well worth it!

Worst hotel experience in Thailand. Especially for the price. Via friends I was able to obtain significant (almost 70%) discount to stay in this hotel, and let me tell you - even that felt ridiculously OVERPRICED. And I feel sorry for everyone who is paying full price. In a few words: - VERY small rooms, no space for anything. - Everything feels extremely cheap and nasty. - Ancient aircon system. Probably oldest I’ve even seen. - Included free breakfast is pathetic and the worst I’ve seen in Thailand. After first morning, I didn’t even bother to go there again. Not even worth my time, not even mentioning $$… Just eat elsewhere. - Plus it’s so busy you literally need to fight for the table and the food. From fifty to hundred hungry people looking for food and staying in queues and then, everyone is pushed out of the canteen at exactly 10:30… seriously, worst experience. - Hotel staff works under pressure and hotel doesn’t have enough staff - this is very easy to see and tell. - SLOWEST lifts, have to wait forever. - Zero sound insulation between toilet and room. - room entry door has shockingly gaps. - the WHOLE THING GIVES ME VIBE OF CHEAP HOSTEL OR A DORM. - location is ok Won’t stay again.

no housekeeping for 1 day. room is a bit smelly and poor maintain. Ask to send water to room but left is on the floor outside.
