１階ロビー入口にあるATMを使ったら、クレジットカードが飲み込まれたまま出てこなくなった。フロントに助けを求めたら、ホテルのものではないのでカードを取り出すことはできないとの返事でした。カードの利用停止をネットで手続きできたから安心できましたが「今日は休日なので明日にならないと銀行を呼べない」「ホテルが設置したわけではないので責任は無い」など残念なことを言われました。もし停止の手続きができない状況（私がもう1枚持っていたクレジットカードだったら、実は停止できなかった）であったなら、後で機械から吐き出されて誰かに使われたらどうしようかと心配で機械から離れられなかったと思います。もう少し客に寄り添った応対が欲しかったです。

他の部屋の入り口やトイレのドアの閉まる音が大きくてうるさい。隣の部屋の話し声がよく聞こえる。など、音について不満があるが、そのほかは特に悪いところがなく便利なホテルだと思う。追加で、入り口付近にいた荷物管理の男性の話し方が無礼で嫌だった。

I absolutely love the location — it’s so convenient and close to everything I need. The hotel staff have been consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Khun One (Wan), the housekeeper, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. She truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciate her so much.
