Our first time staying with the Mercure Bangkok Siam. We were staying in 26FL 2604 and 2605 booked under my friend Mr Leung. We checked in on 28May and everything went smoothly and simply. The check-in reception is located on 9th floor which was so quiet and tidy. The lounge located next to the reception is quite a nice place for chatting and couple of drinks. Room was clean and tidy, reasonable in size, except that you would find any surprise but only the very basis. Those accessorie items inside the toilet to help ladies doing their make-up are not an essential to the hotel. However, the room rate is quite reasonable and we paid less than a hundred US dollars per night on a member's rate. The room has been slightly renovated not long ago I suppose, but however, all the electricity plugs were still the old local-fitted ones, so, make sure you bring along all the accessories you need for charging or using those appliances inside the room. For the location, it's just perfect. 2 mins walk to National Statium BTS station; MBK is just cross the street; Siam Discovery is just few mins walk and you can walk all the way to Siam Paragon through Siam centre without exploring yourself in the street. Local food stalls are all around the hotel and you can enjoy anytime if you feel like eating. Breakfast is in reasonable price with enough choices and tastes are good. The only thing that I am not satisfied is the refilling of items after making up the room by house keeping. We needed to call and asked for sufficient replacement towels and other stuffs. It seems to me that they don't really have a standard for it.

Nice stay and every staff is accommodating specially ball and nui! Place is very near to bts, and mbk center. Hotel is cold and food is ok. Accessible to most of the hotels. There is a 711 nearby for late night eats

Really friendly staff, Joke & Toto bell boys downstairs very polite and helpful, Stay at mercure hotel as room is clean and very comfortable. Really like the spacious layout of the room and location is very convenient from airport and to shopping places. it is also so convenient the bts station directly in front of hotel which makes commuting so easy.

Really nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants. Service was very good, Non and Jean at the front desk helped us to get early check in. Breakfast was great! We slept really good! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here many times. Conveniently located next to major shopping. MBK mall is my favourite. Next to sky rail. Very comfortable, clean and safe. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. 7Eleven in lobby on the ground floor was a huge convenience. Mmmm, those ham and cheese toasties. Room was spacious and very well looked after by housekeepers. I will be back on my next visit to Bangkok.
