Got room 406 and 408. Problem with the double bed room. The Mattress is broken and hurt my back. I couldn't sleep and complained to the night shift duty manager to replace the Mattress. But the duty manager just asked the staff to put topper. Trying to sleep but in the morning I got back pain. And complain to the morning shift duty manager to change room. The duty manager gave 306 room which has broken mattress too. And change again to 407 & 409. IBIS needs to check this hotel beds. They don't provide proper mattress and this is not IBIS standard (Below OYO Standard). And I got an email from Patcharaporn Rattanasaenghirun (General Manager) said "As we are committed to the comfort of every one of our guests by providing excellent customer service, please inform that we are ongoing to purchase the new mattress." Why didn't he replace broken mattress before customer complain ? Dont they have Service Quality Control ? TripAdvisor must remove Traveler Choice Award 2024 from this hotel.

Great services, excellent and dedicating staff. I have notice Khun Jojo is outstanding with his leadership guiding other staffs into this kind of perfection. Your foods are already meet standard with a little room of inprovement. Those are the reason why we come here pretty often.

Eating around the pool NOT allowed anymore…. suddenly, with ‘arrival’ of New GM… he is taking care and cleaning up.

My go to place for years, knowing the project since start and owners (Erawan Group). Always enjoyed a beer and a Magherita Pizza (from the restaurant & bar at/around the pool. Never have been a problem…. BUT a ‘new GM’ swipes clean and changes this. NO MORE food around the pool….. Strange. It seems the new GM thinks or believes that is uneducated guests don’t know, can’t handle eating finger food, without wasting the place…. !!! What a shame. Not certain about detailed and reasons, or he must have had some really bad experiences in the past (country and trust issues?).

we are big family for 3room come to stay for 2night when we arrived to the hotel Reception they are very warm welcome and very good taking care expectedly Beam and Bon bell boy he very help full to helping us for the luggage Our room is very clean the air condition is very cool . Breakfast is good. have many choice . overall lovey stay and sure we will come back to stay here agaiannnn😊😊😊😊

"I was impressed with the hotel's staff, who were responsive and attentive to my needs. The breakfast was delicious and the river-side view was truly stunning. The location was convenient, with most tourist attractions within a 5-kilometer radius and easy to reach by taxi. Additionally, the nearby Seven Eleven convenience store was just a 5-minute walk away. The mall, Sun Fest, and Iconsiam were also within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. What's more, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, including arranging an early breakfast at 3:00 am for my early flight. Special thanks to rose Jane si and team for making pleasant stay.
