Dont stay here for business.

We are here for business for 2 nights. The room is tiny. Well, no one told us there wasn’t going to be parking let alone an issue, maybe suggest on website limited parking! Also just been told no eateries around the hotel not open on a monday night. As we are here to work the desk is hard to use when the tv screen is right in front if you also chair is useless. Never stay here again does not cater for business people at all.

Nice two bedroom apartment in a quiet part of town

We had a two bedroom apartment which was nicely furnished. It had the usual amenities in the kitchen (microwave, oven, etc) but no dishwasher unfortunately, and no balcony either. Paid parking is available underground, or off-street is also available (maybe with a bit of fuss) There is no restaurant on site, but our Platinum status got us some packaged breakfasts. Location wise, this is close to the War memorial and the lake, and there are a few good cafes and restaurants near by All in all, a nice stay. I'd stay here again, if needed

Nice spacious apartment in a convenient location

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient location, 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Canberra Centre. There were a couple of restaurants for dinner less than a block away, and an amazing cafe for breakfast (Kiitos Cafe) a block away. Free, on street parking was available and easy to find. The apartments are well-equipped with tea and coffee (a Nespresso machine) making supplies as well as pans, etc. The beds were comfortable and the towels are extremely fluffy. My only two criticisms are that the sheets were a bit stiff and the climate control is centralized, so we were unable to cool off the apartment when we got too hot at night. But I would highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing for the price point and reputation of the Sebel brand

New and modern motel. Lots of room for improvement in terms of service, particularly at the price point. No parking available. Reception staff unhelpful. No phone service in the room. Bedrooms very small - in one of the bedrooms the door scraped the bed every time you opened and closed it. Has full kitchenette however doesn’t have a dishwasher and for 4 guests does not have the correct amount of crockery and cutlery for this amount of people. Only one lift which was very busy at check out times.

Happy Campers We arrived 9.30am , check in was not until 2pm. Reception was going to hold our luggage, however our room was ready, so we were able to go in immediately. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults, plus kitchen / coffee/tea/milk. The room was very clean and spacious, with balcony. Although no food available on the premises, there were eateries in walking distance, where we had breakfast and dinner. The cafe was the best option we found.
