We have a range of different style Pet Friendly Rooms, every Pet Room will have an outdoor area, some have paving, others have trees etc. Please also allow me to extend my sincere apologies regarding the Pet Amenities and please rest assured that I will follow up with my Housekeeping team as to why these were not provided.
