很热情的酒店员工，舒适的房间，在六楼，有阳台，坐在外面晚餐，晚餐都很棒！乘坐巴士抵达和离开堪培拉就在酒店旁边，非常方便！

Hotel is great, however I left an evening dress on back door of bathroom and when I rang the following day after checking out there was no report from house keeping that anything was found. Although receptionist made an effort to contact house keeping and ring me back, I am disappointed to see personal items go ‘missing’ like this.

I chose Novotel Canberra for its location and I was not disappointed. It is located across the road from the train and bus interchange. The hotel pool is top class and it also has a sauna, spa and gym. The Canberra Centre, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance.

When ever we go to Canberra we stay at the Novotel.It so nice to arrive and be greeted by friendly staff .The room we had on our last stay was very clean ,comfortable and well appointed.The location is great close to public transport, shopping and a good choice of restaurants if you do not wish to dine in house at The First Edition restaurant .
