This place is rubbish - There isn't enough parking for guests. - The TV doesn't work - its a rubbish digital TV with a set top box that doesn't work. - There is no plug in the bath - The beds are average - They don't do housekeeping during your stay

I had the best holiday that I have had in years, all the staff where amazing and the new GM was really nice and helped me when my flight got delayed, Rooms where really nice. If ever I come back to Canberra as I am from Perth I will definitely be coming back here as had the best time ever. I made alot of friends that where staying here aswell. Other than that I had an amazing time and will definitely come back as going to miss everyone. Everyone take care and best wishes for Christmas and the new year. From Charmaine Ellery

The room was really good, spacious and clean. Air con worked really well. The food was good, breakfast was nice. great value.

Very uncomfortable unclean and noisy. Mattresses require replacement. No mattress protectors used, no extra lock on door, felt very uneasy. Unclean room, stains on carpetband curtains. Observed unsafe food practices in restaurant. Would not recommend staying here.

Front office manager Sahil was so welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. All the staff members handled our requests promptly and made sure we had everything we required. Excellent service from Sahil and team. I would recommend staying at IBIS Styles Narrabundah. Cheers!
