I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your rooms and the overall condition of the hotel. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and I understand your frustration. I completely regret the inconvenience of being moved to multiple rooms, and I apologize for the problems with the TVs, lamps, and the lack of basic amenities such as glasses in your room. Our housekeeping team works hard to ensure that rooms are properly serviced and cleaned, and I’m very sorry that we missed the mark during your stay. I will personally follow up with our housekeeping department to address these issues and ensure that they are resolved. Regarding the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned, including the hallway carpets and overall condition of the rooms, I am very sorry that you felt the hotel was run-down. We take pride in the appearance of our property, and I will make sure that the necessary improvements are made to address these concerns, including regular checks to ensure rooms are properly stocked and cleaned.
