Very uncomfortable unclean and noisy. Mattresses require replacement. No mattress protectors used, no extra lock on door, felt very uneasy. Unclean room, stains on carpetband curtains. Observed unsafe food practices in restaurant. Would not recommend staying here.

Front office manager Sahil was so welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. All the staff members handled our requests promptly and made sure we had everything we required. Excellent service from Sahil and team. I would recommend staying at IBIS Styles Narrabundah. Cheers!

This hotel is not very nice at all. The room carpet was filthy and we didn’t get the rooms we ordered. The breakfast buffet had no food in it when we would get there at 8:30am and the staff would just stand there and look at you without refilling it. The staff would literally just stare at you the whole time you were eating. Very unhelpful and you can see this hotel has been bought by someone who puts nothing back into it. The pool was out of service for the two days we were there because they were painting the decking on the first morning, but still 36 hours later you could not use it. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly and if you are thinking of staying there, don’t. There is two good things I will write. The shower pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. I had a bedside lamp in each room that was on the bedside tables, didn’t have a plug to plug into and didn’t work when plugged in elsewhere and I think was for staging purposes only. If you own this hotel, it’s time to perhaps reinvest your earnings to bring the hotel back to the 2020s from the 80s.

Terrible experience. The staff really don't want you there, they are rude when replying to emails, they don't answer the phone, upon check out they walked past us and ignored us. We ended up putting the room key in the box because no-one thought it was their job to serve us. We are Gold Accor members, and travel and stay in Accor hotels, but ibis Canberra offered no benefits that a Gold member is entitled to. The room was filthy and we had bed bug bites after checking out. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, until they clean out the existing staff and management and pick up their game. Thank goodness we only stayed one night.

Terrible customer service at check-in. They just announce my room won't be ready for another hour noting it's already 3.10pm - no offer to make other arrangements or assist in anyway just won't be ready and the person turns back to what they were doing. After checkign out I noticed two unauthorised charges for approx $170 on my credit card from the hotel and when I finally got in contact with the hotel the charges were reversed without explanation.
