We understand how important comfort is, especially when it comes to temperature control, and we apologize for the issues with the air conditioner and the bathroom floor. Regarding the offsite parking, we understand that parking costs can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your feedback. We also apologize for the coffee machine not being operational during your stay. We did get a quick response from our service provider however I understand this did impact.
