Very well located. Everything is amazing the only 2 things I wish was a little better, the care of the pool ( lights- update the pool and cleaner water- just adding tons of chlorine doesn’t really matter when you see stuff floating around ) and the kids area- more stuff for kids entertainment.

We come to Porto Alegre at least once a year and like to try different hotels in the city. For a 4-star hotel this was by far the poorest experience. The best part of staying in this hotel was its location. The hotel itself is undergoing renovations with loud noises during the day, which i was only told the evening before my stay when I couldn’t cancel anymore free cancellation. The room was in very poor condition, from the main door to the furniture inside. A lot could be fixed with a lick of paint. The lack of attention to detail was clear, as the first thing I could see was the painting in the walls totally crooked. The receptor girl when we arrived was friendly and very supportive, however the other colleagues weren’t as helpful. We were waiting to check out while one of the reception guys was on the phone, while another girl was only looking at her phone and didn’t bother helping us. She then walked behind the bar. When the reception guy finished his call he didn’t get up and just asked me to go to him and hand him my keys. The safe in the room wasn’t working, I called maintenance and the service guy came quickly and sorted the issue. Breakfast was satisfactory but wasn’t great for a 4-star hotel.
