Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay with us. While I am pleased to read that you appreciated the location, I sincerely apologize that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. I am very sorry to hear about the hot water issue in your room and regret that it was not fully resolved during your stay. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. Regarding the facilities, please note that some outlets, including the bar and spa, are not yet open as we are still in our opening phase. We understand how important these amenities are for relaxation and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
