Great experience staying in Homm Laguna. Wonderful resort feel. Room is close to the pristine beach. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. As we only managed to booked the late ferry back, the resort gave us a late checkout. Special call out to reception staff Pancha for attending to all our needs expertly.

I absolutely loved my stay at Angsana Bintan! What made the trip truly unforgettable was the warmth and genuine joy of the staff — their happiness added so much light to my solo getaway. I didn’t expect to chat so freely and comfortably, but each encounter felt so natural and uplifting. A special shoutout to Adel, who was so pleasant and accommodating in helping me extend my stay; Olive at Banyan Tree, whose kindness at the Banyan Tree store left such an impression; and Marlina, who made my breakfast at Cassia feel wonderfully warm and welcoming. There were also other staff whose names I can’t recall, but every single one of them made me feel cared for. I’m simply so grateful for the wonderful team here. The room exceeded all my expectations, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at Room 329 was incredibly therapeutic. I’d love to return again!

Service was excellent. Room has great views! Easy access to the restaurants at Banyan Tree via the ever present buggy service. 5 stars for Pancha and for Benny the Zumba instructor!! We had fun!
