We enjoyed our stay at Cassia Bintan so much! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During breakfast, the staff at the hot station took their time to explain the stations, especially the jami (traditional herbal drinks) and kueh (traditional sweets) station. Besides that, there are a variety of restaurants to dine at, spanning from Cassia to Banyan Tree. We enjoyed the seafood buffet by the beach on Saturday too. Overall, highly recommend the stay here!

The tireless and attentive staff make this hotel a must for anyone looking for a weekend getaway. The attention to detail and the help to make your brief getaway a relaxing experience is way beyond my expectations. The offs is amazing and the smiles from ear to ear from arrival to departure. Cassia is about 15mins drive from Telani Ferry Terminal. The lift is a big confusing as there are 5 different blocks and you need to navigate through different blocks to reach your block. The room we book is two bedroom garden view suite and we really enjoyed our rooms. Well-kept clean and organized equipped with cooking utensils too. Breakfast was delish and comfortable ambiance. They have games like table tennis, chess, big ground chess too, billiards etc. has beachfront an the seashore is very wide great for kids playing and very picturesque ready. Clean beach but quite have a smell. Pool is adequate and is 24hrs. There is a convenience store selling raw foods too if you’d like to cook in your suite room. We’d like to commend staffs that we come across very polite and helpful Dinda at check-in was very accommodating and welcoming, Irmansyah, Suparman, and Sella at checkout.

The room is very nice. It would be even better if a few more hangers and a floor mat/bath mat could be provided. Adding these small items would make the stay even more convenient and comfortable!

Great experience and excellent service. Highly recommended! Clean room, friendly staff for tasia — I’d love to stay here again. Very relaxing stay. Loved the room and the amenities! Great value for money. Comfortable stay with helpful staff. Five stars! Perfect location and wonderful atmosphere. Good service, nice breakfast, and cozy room！ Good soundproofing — I slept well.
