However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the room layout, non-functional mini fridge, and water leakage. Please rest assured that our engineering team has been informed to address these matters immediately. We’re also sorry to hear that your breakfast experience and interaction with our restaurant team did not meet expectations. Your feedback regarding food variety, replenishment timing, and service quality has been shared with our F&B team for further review and improvement.
