Regarding Your Feedback on Breakfast We have carefully noted your comments about breakfast. You mentioned that "早餐结束的太早了 10点就结束了" (breakfast ends too early, finishing at 10am) and that when you arrived, "已经没有煎蛋了" (there were no more fried eggs available). We sincerely apologize that our breakfast timing did not suit your schedule and that the selection was not fully replenished when you arrived. We are absolutely delighted to receive your flawless 100/100 rating across every single category – from arrival and accommodation to cleanliness, breakfast, our team, check-out, WiFi, and sustainability. Your perfect 10/10 recommendation of our brand is the highest compliment we could hope to receive. The hotel is very new, The experience was very good. (Your review – "The hotel is very new" and "The experience was very good" – brings immense joy to our entire team.) The gym attendant, we didn't see that it closes at 9pm, but the attendant waited for us until 9:50pm until we finished our workout without rushing us, very heartwarming. This kind of considerate and patient service is exactly the experience we strive to provide for every guest. First and foremost, please accept our most sincere apologies that your experience fell far below the standards you deserve. Regarding Your Concerns We have read your review very carefully and deeply apologize for the following issues: Motorcycle Noise: You mentioned that "motorcycle noise was too loud," which significantly affected your rest. As a hotel surrounded by main roads, we understand the impact of noise on light sleepers. Your feedback has been shared with our Engineering team to review room soundproofing options and to identify quieter room recommendations (such as higher floors) for noise-sensitive guests in the future. Kettle Cleanliness: You mentioned that "the kettle was not clean, with instant noodle residue stuck at the spout, only noticed after use." This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of our cleanliness standards. We have immediately escalated this to our Executive Housekeeper for a thorough investigation of the room's cleaning protocols and for retraining of the relevant staff members. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. Charged Drinking Water: You noted that "too little water was provided, and it felt stingy to charge for additional water." Your feedback has been shared with our management team to review our in-room water supply policy.
