作为一家新开业的酒店，一切还有待完善，酒店内部时常看到施工和维修人员，缺少一些安静的氛围，员工友善，但是意大利餐厅内部有一些看起来像兼职的学生，很不专业，公共设施豪华且舒适，是河内所有酒店中做的最好的，这一点毋庸置疑，强烈建议尽快清洁酒店入口处的地面，实在是太脏了，给客人的第一感官非常不好。

河内费尔蒙拥有绝佳的地理位置，步行可达还剑湖，去周边的许多著名景点也非常便利；酒店的软硬件非常出众，礼宾、前台、餐厅、康体等区域的工作人员都专业且彬彬有礼，1楼大堂繁花似锦，B2康体中心设施丰富干湿蒸桑齐全，客房宽敞典雅明亮，餐厅食物美味。下次来河内还想住这里。
