Nice hotel with covenient route access to center of Hanoi. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, especially Cuong. He took care our team very well.

Pullman Hanoi is a bit run-down, but the staffs here are very professional, kudos to Ms. Trang and Loan, they have been helpful and friendly. I especially love Pullman Hanoi's choice of perfume in the lobby area, it creates an exquisite yet professional atmosphere. The room feel very cozy, silent, and clean. On the 2nd floor of the hotel, they have a relaxing spa, the prices are rather steep, but worth it. The hotel's location is great too, right next to the Cat Linh station, makes travelling a lot easier in Hanoi's busy hours. Overall, great value stay for a business trip, would book here again.

It's such a nice, modern and clean hotel. The team assisted me with everything needed, especially Ms. Lily is very attentive and helpful. There are hundred hotels in Hanoi, but Pullman HN will be my favorite to visit whenever I pass by. Thank you the management and the team!
