Phuong Anh, the Welcomer, along with the front desk team – Thu Trang, Loan, and Anh – made me feel as though I was returning home. Their kindness and attentiveness set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. I had the pleasure of spending time at the Executive Lounge, where the service was nothing short of impeccable. Huong, Minh, Tran, Mai, and Phuong were outstanding – always ready with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even took the time to remember my personal preferences for food and drink, making each visit to the lounge feel special and personalized. Pullman Hanoi has truly become my home away from home. Every visit to this hotel has been consistently excellent, and I will undoubtedly continue to stay here whenever I am in Hanoi. When you pull up to the hotel it feels very grand. The interior fittings are showing the hotel has not been renewed like other Pullmans, however that does not affect the luxurious and comfortable feeling of the hotel. The concierge was very friendly and attentive wanting to provide the best possible service he could. The room was clean, big and well appointed with amenities and water. Price wise as well a very good hotel for your budget!

My grandson Kody and I had a wonderful 4 nights on the club floor very close to the lounge. The hotel is modern with a beautiful entry foyer and bar. The room was large with all ammenities on the 9th floor. We had extensive buffet breakfast in the main restaurant one morning and one traditional lunch. The rest of the time we had meals and snacks in the club lounge. The gym and outdoor swimming pool were a delight. The taxi was cheap and convenient to access old town. I liked the service and the staff in the club lounge were outstanding.

at Check-in : ground floor front staffs well knowledged of my Accor platinum status and invited me to check -in comfortably at executive lounge . Room : was on executive floor , room size was decent , spacious for two adults , two big suitcases , sadly no tub for soaking in on a rainy day . Lounge: everyone who works at lounge were so professional , well knowledged /trained, were all working with passion to help and assist . hotel location : 5-8 minutes taxi ride . I like it when I am away from the busy crowded Old quarter ,though there weren't many shops around. would definitely come back and stay again especially thanks to Executive team staffs Anh /Linh/Houng .

This hotel is not on a prime location and taxi is needed to go to old quarter. Being a frequent traveller with accor, my opinion is this hotel does not have the Pullman standard. The rooms are not that modern or luxurious as you would expect from a Pullman. I would say it is on the level of a Mercure or Novotel. Pricing is very reasonable though!
