We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was excellent from check in to check out. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. Restaurant supervisor Ngoan, Ms Lan and Chef Hung are worth mentioning for their will do attitude. Food we had at the restaurant was excellent. Ms Loan at reception was very helpful. Overall a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights nice hotel just outside the busy old town so was nice to get back after a day of exploring to a little peace and grabs so cheap to get in and out . The staff and th rooms where great shame no balcony on all rooms but you can upgrade to a suite at reasonable price. They also kept our cases safe for us while doing halong bay trip. Breakfast is also really good.only negative is food and drink to purchase is very expensive.

A great hotel, right on the beach. Lovely breakfast (kids loved the waffles!!) and the staff were fantastic. The hotel is right on the beach and walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Rooms are big and beds comfy (although the doors are quite heavy so a bit noisy when they are shut). A minor point though. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Da Nang.

Although we were only here for two nights, we couldn't complain. the service was exceptional, the food excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. We've been to Hanoi before and we loved the central location of the Pullman Hanoi. We could easily get to all the tourist locations without any trouble....walking to most. I would happily recommend the Pullman in Hanoi.
