This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I have shared your comments with our Guest Relation team to ensure better follow-up in the future. Regarding your feedback on the room condition, I am deeply sorry to hear that the smell in the room was unpleasant. This is not the standard of cleanliness and comfort we strive to offer. I have immediately alerted our Housekeeping team to thoroughly inspect and address this issue, ensuring it does not affect future guests. I also apologize for the discomfort caused by the condition of the bathroom. The Pullman hotel in Hanoi is beautiful. Very comfortable and a high standard. From the moment you arrive your agreed with a smile and treated like a very special guest. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed and exceptionally clean. Great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. I only had one night stay on this trip but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will certainly stay there again.

Phuong Anh, the Welcomer, along with the front desk team – Thu Trang, Loan, and Anh – made me feel as though I was returning home. Their kindness and attentiveness set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. I had the pleasure of spending time at the Executive Lounge, where the service was nothing short of impeccable. Huong, Minh, Tran, Mai, and Phuong were outstanding – always ready with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even took the time to remember my personal preferences for food and drink, making each visit to the lounge feel special and personalized. Pullman Hanoi has truly become my home away from home. Every visit to this hotel has been consistently excellent, and I will undoubtedly continue to stay here whenever I am in Hanoi. When you pull up to the hotel it feels very grand. The interior fittings are showing the hotel has not been renewed like other Pullmans, however that does not affect the luxurious and comfortable feeling of the hotel. The concierge was very friendly and attentive wanting to provide the best possible service he could. The room was clean, big and well appointed with amenities and water. Price wise as well a very good hotel for your budget!

My grandson Kody and I had a wonderful 4 nights on the club floor very close to the lounge. The hotel is modern with a beautiful entry foyer and bar. The room was large with all ammenities on the 9th floor. We had extensive buffet breakfast in the main restaurant one morning and one traditional lunch. The rest of the time we had meals and snacks in the club lounge. The gym and outdoor swimming pool were a delight. The taxi was cheap and convenient to access old town. I liked the service and the staff in the club lounge were outstanding.
