We came as part of a tour with celebrity cruises and it was a phenomenal experience. From the diversity of plates to the service, everybody was super friendly and helpful

My stay at this facility has just started. I am here for a corporate event. Concierge service is non existent. Pulled the bags out of the ride all the way into the lobby and then up to my room. Check in took way longer than required when the reception desks were free. Customer care refused complimentary water despite my attempt to explain that I needed it for personal health/medical purposes. I was asked to walk to the nearest Circle K (7 Eleven) to get water which I had to (this is my first such experience after years of travel in the region). Not an auspicious start. Will update the review based on my complete experience once I check out in about 6 days.
