在NOVOTEL SUITES HANOI 住了几个星期，给我的感觉就像是住在了舒适的宫殿里。 虽然是在城市中却没有闹市的嘈杂，我在享受着静谧和安逸。更加没有被无端的打扰。舒服的房间设施，软硬适中的床铺让我可以完全放松的享受在河内的旅行。 酒店的设施，绿化布置，恰到好处又有些许奢华，目光所及总是顺心如意的。空气中总弥漫着淡淡的花香。使我心情愉悦而松弛。让我最喜欢的还有这里的餐食，早餐种类很多，晚餐也很经典，融合了越南和西餐的风格，让我总能享受各式美食。 给我感觉更好的是酒店服务，目光交汇处总有人温柔的问候，我的询问和需求总能的到满意的回应。感觉总是有被亲切的关注着，无论有什么要求。 我住过很多酒店，在这里我却有着不同的感受，让我难以忘怀。

我在酒店4晚上没有睡好，但是酒店的工作人员都在全力帮我协调我的邻居，以确保睡觉时间安静，但是没有效果。最后我选择在离开前两晚，更换了房间。感谢你们所有的帮助！
