Great time here. People are so amazing! Good location. The accommodations are marvelous. Comfortable rooms. The swimming pool is really good. The restaurant is perfect. The meals are also incredible. When I come back to Hanoi, I will certainly be here again.

Best hotel with best staff and best rooms. Nothing to complain and it is close to everything, good position. Staff always did their best to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast is also great and they have a swimming pool that is great to use.

We booked a 2-bedroom unit which was perfect for our family. Novotel Hanoi Team was extremely helpful, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Their Manager Mr Viktor even helped us find an affordable and convenient city tour. We will definitely stay back here whenever we are in Hanoi.

Convenient and value for money. Ideal for business trip. Room is not so new but clean. The room is spacious enough for a long stay. Overall good experience. May come back next time. The place is very convenient. Staff are helpfulllllllllllll
