Séjour agréable, très grande chambre (vue marina), bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble. Il faut noter que l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone décentrée et malheureusement dégradée. Personnellement nous ne sommes pas allés sur la marina le soir. Gros bémol le lunch dans le hall principal. Grosse déception pour la salade césar, le poulet en supplément ?! Heureusement pour le reste bonnes prestations.

Honnêtement Pas de bagagiste Un zoo en arrivant dans le hall enfant qui crie partout bagage de partout Pas d accueil prioritaire juste le classique avec une longue attente Un imbroglio au moment du paiement car déjà prélevé sans mon accord je découvre encore des prélèvement sur ma carte 2 jour après etre partir sans explication Room service oublié puis très long Bref c edt juste le pire séjour de ma vie chez accord je suis incroyablement déçu et désappointe. Comment cet établissement avec ce service peut être accor??
