Nous avons passé 4 jours au SLS Barcelone. Tout s'est très bien passé de l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Le personnel est très sympa et a fait au mieux pour répondre à nos demandes. Petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner et sur l'hôtel qui n'est peut être pas adapté à un enfant de 2 ans.

Hotel avec une équipe souriante et très professionnelle de l'accueil aux restaurants en passant par les équipes de ménage. Un hotel avec de très belles prestations , des équipements et une déco au goût du jour. Petit déjeuner très complet. Espace sport très bien équipé. Piscine avec des beaux espaces détente. Hotel légèrement excentré mais facile d'accès en voiture. Nous étions en famille et recommandons sans hésiter cet hotel!

Problème avec l’enchaînement de conférences professionnelles ce qui n’a pas rendu la cohabitation facile avec les autres clients. La restauration est un point à améliorer avec un rapport qualité prix discutable et un niveau de professionnalisme sur le service à améliorer. Les femmes de ménage n’étaient également pas au niveau de professionnalisme d’un 5 étoiles oubliant régulièrement de réapprovisionner ce qui avait été utilisé ou de nettoyer correctement

We are sorry to hear about the challenges related to the coexistence between conference groups and individual guests. Your comments are very important, and we are reviewing how we manage group movements and guest flow to ensure a more balanced and comfortable environment for all. We regret to learn that the service at breakfast did not meet expectations, as well as the shortcomings in housekeeping, including the lack of proper replenishment and cleaning.
