In the centre of everything and opposite to the pier and beach and very near to the shops and train station. Was a great 2 night stay to celebrate the end to my 60th birthday weekend. Everything was good from book in and lovely view from my room 229, only wish i could stay longer. Breakfast was nice and included in the price, all the staff were lovely and helpful and allowed me to stow my luggage until my train time of departure. Definitely will be back. Big up to Mel who works in the spa, gives a great back massage and friendly advice on where to visit and whats in the area, looking forward to my new visit.

Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast very good. We were in 229, a nice corner room. Negatives were, no mirror by the dressing table, not enough teabags and milk left when the room was serviced. The hairdryer in the room was damaged, we got a replacement but that didn't work. The third was okay. We thought that the carpark was rather expensive for guests, which adds greatly to the cost of the stay.

Where do I start. Room very stuffy, could not open windows. No glasses for water, just two mugs. One tea bag / 1 carton of milk per visitor, 1 satchel of coffee. If you wanted a drink of tea or coffee in the evening or a coffee in the morning you have decide which one can have milk. Miserable tightness! Not a single hook anywhere in or out of the bathroom to hang towels, you want guests to use less towels but you can’t hang them anywhere. One Lillie per guest, it’s usual to have two (one hard one soft) per person. The room had so little ‘personality’ and felt claustrophobic, we didn’t like spending any time in the room. No car parking apart from gravel carpark behind with no CCTV camera. Disappointing experience, and £85 circa room is mid market and your competitors Dona much better job. Every time I’ve stayed at an Inis I have left disappointed!
