Upgraded from a standard room to a luxury one, but the bathroom kept on flooding every time you used the shower. Not something I would expect to happen in a luxury room. After complaining, I was told that this was a design fault with the drainage system that was put in. (It must be costing them a fortune in towels because you had to use all the towels to mop up the floor so you could walk in the bathroom.) Good job it was never raining in the morning as you would have got wet going from this hotel to their sister hotel in order to get breakfast because they had shut the kitchen down. Can't understands as to why you can't get all the TV channels, (like you can at home.) Selective viewing. One enormous downside, which I thought was a bloody cheek, as you are a resident of the hotel you have to pay for parking your car in the hotel car park.

Hotel and staff lovely just a shame meals wasn't being served after 8 pm. Bed springs uncomfortable and 2 teabags wasn't enough for the evening but that didn't take away how nice it was there.
