Shocking communication

Absolutely shocking communication. I’ve booked to come here with my family during February half term and booked the zoo offer which is advertised as ‘including breakfast and 1 day entry into Paignton zoo’ .. I booked 2 adults and 2 children. Upon reviewing the booking confirmation it states that only 2 adults get into the zoo. This isn’t listed anywhere at all on their website that children included in the booking need to pay extra. I’ve emailed for clarification - twice - and used the online contact form but have continued to be ignored. It would be cheaper for me to book a different hotel and pay entry into the zoo additionally however the booking is non refundable. Trying to contact someone is impossible and when I ring them I’m just left on hold.

As above, it was a first class experience, and you could tell that the hotel is a 4 star. They offered all the services you would expect from the star rating The staff were lovely, and I felt like a valued guest. I also felt I got very good value for money. I had stayed in the hotel because there was no room for me in my family home, and this was a fantastic alternative. Unfortunately due to being with my family most of the time I could not try the restaurant at the hotel, but I have heard from family amd frie ds that the food is excellent, and I will try it the next time I am visiting.
