Came to the ibis for work and was greeted my a loud disruptive stay kids running up and down corridors banging on doors and screaming till the early hours off the morning tired to ring reception a few times to sort this issue but no one was picking up

The room was nice but due to uneducated front desk staff regarding assistance dogs, it took half an hour to get checked in and required the manager. This wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't stayed at this exact same location with our trained assistance dogs a week prior without issue. Due to the delays with checking in, our rental car was in the parking lot longer than anticipated and incurred a fine. The parking lot company that is contracted to manage the hotel's parking lot is an absolute nightmare and has never settled my appeal or responded to any attempts to contact them. Due to this fact alone, I will not be recommending or staying at another Ibis property.

Had room 402 near lift and doors to lift lobby so noisy and inconsiderate people standing around talking/shouting made sleeping almost impossible. The doors opening closing make a great deal of noise. Will recommend don't stay in the rooms near the lift lobby.

Used the hotel for a pre-flight stay. All staff were very friendly and room was comfortable and remarkably quiet, despite being directly under final approach to LHR Would use again
