Zusätzliche Kosten fürs eher einchecken. Keine Möglichkeit um Gepäck abzustellen. Man müsste warten bis 15 Uhr zum einchecken ins Zimmer. Durch Flug eher ins Zimmer ist eine Fehlanzeige. Sehr bedauerlich. Und dann von der einen Mitarbeiterin 30 Pfund bezahlen sollen, die nächste sagt 20 Pfund. Das Zimmer war fertig gewesen!

Please allow us to clarify that standard check-in time is from 15:00, while early check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge. We understand your concern regarding different prices being mentioned; this can occur depending on the exact arrival time and room readiness at that moment. Regarding luggage storage, we would like to clarify that we do not have a dedicated cloakroom facility. However, we are able to store luggage until 16:00 on the day of arrival or departure, as we utilise a guest room for this service, which is also required for incoming guest check-ins. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to store luggage beyond 16:00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your comments as they help us improve our guest communication and overall service standards. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und vertrauliche Mitarbeiter ich musste ganze Nacht an der Straße verbringen obwohl ich zwei Nächte bezahlt habe und meine Karte hat nicht funktioniert am nächsten Tag morgen um 8 Uhr hat meine Karte wieder funktioniert und ich habe das Geld bezahlt trotzdem hat der Mitarbeiter gesagt sorry wir haben keine Rechte und hat sie mich nicht schlafen lassen ich musste erstmal bezahlen und dann ich habe gesagt sie können gerne meine Pass haben meine Führerschein alles weil die Karte funktioniert es morgen wieder um 8 Uhr und er hat einfach unfreundlich gesprochen und gesagt sie können rausgehen bitte

- räume wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt - geschirr - frische tassen wurden Nicht ausgetauscht - Klima kaputt / Lüftung kaputt Zimmer wurde abends immer wärmer - kein Tee/Kaffe im Zimmer zum zubreiten - an Klopapier wurde gespart

Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber sehr nahe am Flughafen.
