We are pleased to hear that you found the room very well cleaned during your stay, and we truly appreciate your positive comments regarding our housekeeping team. However, we are sorry to learn that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that standard check-in time is from 15:00, while early check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge. We understand your concern regarding different prices being mentioned; this can occur depending on the exact arrival time and room readiness at that moment. Regarding luggage storage, we would like to clarify that we do not have a dedicated cloakroom facility. However, we are able to store luggage until 16:00 on the day of arrival or departure, as we utilise a guest room for this service, which is also required for incoming guest check-ins. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to store luggage beyond 16:00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are sorry to learn that your arrival experience was frustrating and that you felt disappointed by the interactions you had with our team. We fully understand that travel can be stressful, particularly when unexpected payment issues arise after a long journey. As a hotel, we are required to obtain a successful payment authorisation before providing access to accommodation. While we appreciate that you offered alternative forms of identification and explained that the issue with your card would be resolved the following morning, our team must follow the same payment procedures for all guests and cannot accept passports, driving licences, or other personal documents as a substitute for payment. These procedures are in place to protect both guests and the hotel, and unfortunately our team does not have the authority to override them. However, we are sorry if this was not communicated to you in a manner that felt helpful, understanding, or respectful.
