Wir waren zum Konzert im Wembley Stadion und benötigten ein 3-Personen-Zimmer. Das Hotel ist top. Super klimatisierte Zimmer, großer Kühlschrank und sogar Küche, Safe und für die 3. Person ein Schlafsofa, was auch ganz bequem war.

Die Wohnung war zwar schön und komfortabel jedoch fiel genau an den heißesten Tagen die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer für mehrere Tage aus. Das Zimmer hatte sich auf 32 Grad aufgeheizt. Ich konnte nachts leider nicht schlafen und tagsüber konnte ich es in der Wohnung auch nicht aushalten. Leider habe ich auch bis heute keine Antwort auf eine Entschädigung erhalten.

During your stay, London experienced an unprecedented heatwave, which unfortunately affected our air conditioning system. Our maintenance team worked continuously to restore the system as quickly as possible, but regrettably the issue was beyond our immediate control. We completely understand how uncomfortable this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your compensation request, we did send you a reply by email, but we have not received a response. If you have not received our message or are unable to locate it, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
