Thank you, Cameron and Thushara for accommodating our needs and making a our stay memorable. The location was idea and convenient for our needs and the team at Novotel were really helpful. The in room dining had limited items so did not make use of this.

Hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, vicino a tutto e con fermate treni e metro vicini. Reception eccellente, peccato x le stanze molto molto polverose. Disgustoso vedere i piatti lasciati nei corridoi per intere giornate. Okay per 3/4 notti

The rooms are great but they are poorly insulated from the street noise and as a result we could hear the traffic all night so didn’t get much sleep. The TV size in the terrace room was a bit over the top. As a platinum member we had breakfast included. The restaurant was really busy and I was advised I couldn’t order poached eggs. Also oddly the chairs are too high for the tables. My welcome amenity of cheese with 4 crackers on a dinner side plate really wasn’t needed. A little more effort I to the presentation would go a long way. Just a really underwhelming stay.

Stay for 3 nights, this hotel location at york street is very strategic. Near the opera house, walk distance to darling harbour, botanical garden and QVB as well as the shoping area and restaurant. The room big enough with best quality bed linen. Realy love the pillow, very soft and looks like new. The towel they provide also good quality and the toiletries also. The FO staff very helpfull. But looks like the housekeeping did not vacuum floor carpet. Because I still look the food that came from my kids chips there.

Nous sommes arrivés à 10h du matin et nous avons avoir tout suite notre, chose que nous avons grandement apprécié compte tenu qu'on avait quitté Paris 26h plus tôt. La seule chose qu'on regrette c'est le prix excessif du petit déjeuner. On aurait aimé qu'une option moins onéreuse plus simple soit proposée. Sinon l'hôtel est situé à 900 m du quai d'embarquement des bateaux de croisière, une station de tramway qui se trouve à 200 m du l'hôtel permet de s'y rendre, c'est très pratique et pas cher.
