The Motel was good the room was nice and clean the shower was nice and spacious the view from the room was good, service was friendly on check in and out. The only thing about the room was the toilet was a bit small and could not work out the tv at first we had found a cord out of tv which we put back in to make the tv work properly whether it been accidently knocked out not sure but that was thee only problem we had once we plugged the thing in the back of tv it worked for us to watch it in the room other than that no bad coments or issues about the place and we will be back again in future.

We stayed one night before going on a cruise. We arrived early and asked to drop our bags off and we were offered early check in which was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant. There was a tray with food in the hallway when we arrived and was still there the next day when we checked out even though cleaning was being done on that level. The room was clean but well worn. We ate at the restaurant and the pizza was over cooked not nice at all, we also ordered wedges the oil was old and the were disgusting. Location was handy, staff pleasant but food and attention to detail were well below what I would expect from Mercure.

Excellent friendly service. Front desk staff were so helpful with any questions or needs we had. Room and amenities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast choices whether choosing continental or hot had a great selection. Perfect location for exploring the city with Wynyard station 100 metres away and a convenience store around the corner. I would not hesitate staying here again and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Je suis arrivé avec une reservation et un tarif confirmé On m'a donné un autre tarif pour mon sejour ce qui a généré mon mecontentement. Le problème s'est arrangé apres intervention d'un responsable . Le trop prelevé m'a été recredité C'est cependant très deplaisant Le reste du sejour s'est bien passé
