We’re really glad to hear that our team made you feel welcome, though we’re disappointed to learn that several aspects of your room didn’t meet expectations. We appreciate you highlighting the issues with the air conditioning, window screens, and the TV remote. Your experience with the TV connection and the response you received is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’re also reviewing the placement of QR codes and the availability of bedside power points and working phones, as these conveniences make a big difference to a comfortable stay.
