整体体验很一般。卫生间水压不稳定,出水量时大时小,淋浴的水管由于压力不稳定,时不时发出很吵的声音,夜里被吵醒好多次。住了四晚,淋浴间里的头发都没清理过。自助的速溶咖啡袋子上甚至有蛛网,应该是很久没换过了。早餐很简单。可选的不多。前台人员也不太热情,不知道是不是因为我是中国人,他们对老外很热情。唯一还不错的点是位置还不错,靠近商场,交通也方便。

My stay was deeply disappointing. The room’s cleanliness and maintenance fell far below Accor standards (including mould in the shower, dirty cups left behind, and empty body wash dispensers), security measures were inadequate, and housekeeping entering without knocking. I raised these concerns at checkout and again via email, yet I have not received any response from management.

Great service. Staff were very kind. Room clean and comfy and hotel is in a great location. Easy M1 access and plenty of food options at nearby shopping centre. Good for business as convenient to access airport if you allow for peak hour. Five stars.

I have stayed twice so far. Friendly staff. The first large room was a bit warm as the air conditioner seemed to struggle to keep up. There is no flyscreens on the windows so when you open them bugs fly in. My TV had no remote on the second visit. I reported it and they tried some other remotes they have but none seemed to work so they just said 'bad luck'. When I tried to watch my TV from my iPhone, it connected to a TV on a lower level instead. There is also no power points next to the bed so you can only charge devices on the other side of the room. Phone did not work either to be able to call reception. If you are looking for the QR code to order anything, sometimes they are behind the pillow on the bed and you can't see them.
