We are very sorry to hear about the concern you raised regarding the pre-authorisation deposit. We would like to clarify that our hotel does not process pre-authorisation charges, and at this stage we are unable to locate any payment or transaction processed on a personal card under your reservation. To help us investigate this matter further, could you please kindly confirm the amount that was charged and provide a copy or screenshot of the transaction record from your bank statement? This will allow us to review the details more closely and assist you in identifying what may have occurred.
