非常糟糕。预授权押金竟然被入账了，离店20多天了，仍然没有退回。匪夷所思。

We are very sorry to hear about the concern you raised regarding the pre-authorisation deposit. We would like to clarify that our hotel does not process pre-authorisation charges, and at this stage we are unable to locate any payment or transaction processed on a personal card under your reservation. To help us investigate this matter further, could you please kindly confirm the amount that was charged and provide a copy or screenshot of the transaction record from your bank statement?
