接待总台彬彬有礼，热忱服务，有极高的业务素质，我们英语不甚流利，酒店非常照顾，特地安排了一位懂华语的香港籍服务人员（特别要感谢他，请帮我们转达对他的感谢，非常抱歉我们不太了解他的姓名）跟我们进行对接，给我们以极大的支持和尊重，酒店内部干净卫生，我们住的很舒适，再次表示对你们的谢意！
