Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your experience with our team felt unkind and unaccommodating. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver. Your comments have been shared with our leadership team, and we are addressing them seriously to ensure a higher standard of guest care moving forward. I also apologise for the discomfort with the linens and any confusion regarding towels. Additional towels are kept in the cupboard, and we’re always happy to provide more upon request - this should have been made clearer to you. Regarding late checkout, while we always try to accommodate such requests they are subject to availability. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to extend your stay, as we needed to prepare rooms for arriving guests. I’m sorry this left you in a difficult position. We understand your frustration with limited food service before midday and are reviewing our offerings to improve flexibility. As for parking, we regret the inconvenience; space onsite is limited, and we do our best to direct guests to the nearest available options. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback helps us continue to grow and deliver a better experience for every guest.
