Dear Guosheng, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry that your experience fell short of the high standards we strive to provide. Your comments have been carefully reviewed, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies that no assistance was offered with your luggage on arrival. We understand how important a warm welcome and proactive service are, and we're sorry that your arrival experience did not reflect the level of hospitality you expected. Your feedback has been shared with our Front Office team for follow-up. We're also sorry for the oversights in the preparation of your room. Having only one set of slippers and one toothbrush in a room booked for two guests is unacceptable, and we apologise for this lack of attention to detail. This has been raised with our Housekeeping team to ensure greater care is taken when preparing guest rooms. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the iron releasing black particles, and we have asked our Housekeeping team to inspect and replace the iron immediately. In addition, we appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the bathtub and the overall presentation of the room. We acknowledge that some areas of the hotel reflect the age of the property, and your feedback has been shared with our management team as we continue to prioritise maintenance and future improvements. 隔音效果非常非常差，隔壁房小孩不斷尖叫，講話聽到清清楚楚，吵到半夜，我是雅高金卡會員還把我排4樓房間，真的離譜，櫃臺人員非常不禮貌，問了2個人早餐價錢但不一樣，真是沒水準的接待員

1. 停車，沒跟我說停車要錢，還是停外面 2. 住宿收費，我是用ACCOR 我訂的房間是FREE NIGHT +10AU 他給我收費68.7 到現在都還不知道退款了嗎.還要我自己發現跟他們說才幫我處理. 3. 房間有玻璃，還好我有看到我小孩不小心摸到就不知道會怎麼樣. 4. 我訂房的時候是3個人牙刷只有1支. 5. 訂房時有跟我說有早餐，早上很開心得帶小孩下去後來跟我說沒有早餐，讓我超不開心 6. 第一次知道房間沒有垃圾筒: 可能是其他飯店讓我太習慣了
