Dear Guosheng, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry that your experience fell short of the high standards we strive to provide. Your comments have been carefully reviewed, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies that no assistance was offered with your luggage on arrival. We understand how important a warm welcome and proactive service are, and we're sorry that your arrival experience did not reflect the level of hospitality you expected. Your feedback has been shared with our Front Office team for follow-up. We're also sorry for the oversights in the preparation of your room. Having only one set of slippers and one toothbrush in a room booked for two guests is unacceptable, and we apologise for this lack of attention to detail. This has been raised with our Housekeeping team to ensure greater care is taken when preparing guest rooms. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the iron releasing black particles, and we have asked our Housekeeping team to inspect and replace the iron immediately. In addition, we appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the bathtub and the overall presentation of the room. We acknowledge that some areas of the hotel reflect the age of the property, and your feedback has been shared with our management team as we continue to prioritise maintenance and future improvements. Thank you again for your honest feedback. While we're disappointed that we did not provide the experience you deserved, we value your comments as they help us improve.
