Dear R. Ren, I sincerely apologize for the discrepancies between your expectations and the experience during your stay. I\'m sorry to hear of your disappointment that the Executive Lounge was unavailable, the breakfast inclusion required clarification, and the room setup did not match what you expected. Additionally, I regret the oversight regarding the baby cot request.
