1. 行政房型被告知酒店行政酒廊已关闭，无法提供服务 2. 预订信息写明房间包含早餐，但在退房时被告知房间信息不含早餐，需要交费，耗时沟通后才解决。 3. 房间内缺少两把沙发椅，只有一个小桌，与房间图片不符。 4. 预订时在订单备注了婴儿床，但酒店的订单系统内没有显示。

I\'m sorry to hear of your disappointment that the Executive Lounge was unavailable, the breakfast inclusion required clarification, and the room setup did not match what you expected. Additionally, I regret the oversight regarding the baby cot request.
