Good Location need new bathroomd

I stayed in room 218 from the 07/11 -11/11 then needed to stay and additional night in room 210. This room was not cleaned aside from new linen on the beds. The bathroom was filthy, mould on tiles and floor, broken hot water tap and hair e erywhere, and a blood stained tissue in the bin. My young daughters and I were disgusted by the bathroom, but had no choice and it was only for 1 night. I complained and was given $100 back from a nearly $300 invoice. Would never recommend this hotel your bathrooms are filthy and need renovations asap.

First time staying here and really enjoyed it. Room was lovely, and easy to get to. We had dinner the second evening and was served by the food and beverage supervisor who was absolutely amazing. My only comment would be that I felt the staff were stretched a bit thin, and this is not at all a reflection on their service! But just noticed that only 1 person was on for dinner so he was running both the restaurant and room service.

The staff and service were excellent, the food was good, and everyone was pleasant and professional. The building needs some serious work. A coat of paint can only do so much before it needs to be repaired, replaced or upgraded.
