Your oppinion is important for us as our aim is a percfect rest of our valued guests in our hotel. Concerning to the old fashioned TV in the rooms your comment was passed to the hotel manager. We do all our best for keeping the hotel in good condition including refreshing of the rooms and equipment. For example, Suites are equpped with Yandex music stations. As a standard we have vouchers with a limit in accordance to the level in loyalty program. In case a guest needs additional bottle of water it can be delivered upon request. Also we kindly inform you that in near futur the purifiers will be installed near the lifts on every floor of the hotel our guests to fetch water in bottles or decanters.
