Hotel location is great. Very calm atmosphere, not too much people in 960. Room is very comfortable, good view in the mountaints. Very very nice place for rest and refresh. Nice restaurants are around. Thanks for staying.

Nice hotel at great location

The hotel is nice and very well situated. The room was spacious, clean and fully functional. Room service did their job well. For the hotel and room category it was a little bit strange to see fix installed spender for shampoo, shower gels and similar but probably this is due to environmental principles. The lobby area of the hotel is welcoming and the employees act professional. The breakfast room is ok, the buffet not bad but also not extraordinary. The choice of bread and buns is very limited for such a hotel. The hotel was not booked out but still the refill service for the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly slow. I advise to train or change the restaurant employees in general, they seem all to have a problem to talk to guests and to ask them if they need something or if they could offer anything. After all, this is the restaurant of a five-star hotel another training ground for people with communication issues. Die spa area was very nice and big enough for the amount of guests. But again the employees surprised. I think it is absolutely not acceptable - in a five star hotel - to demand guests to bring the bathrobes from the rooms and to tell them that it wasn't ok to ask for a separate one in the spa area. No client who is ready to spend 30k+/night is ready to be lectured for such banalities. This happened only from one employee on one day but left Alford sure an unpleasant aftertaste. In general, i was surprised about the lack of natural happiness and joy when doing their job of any employee of the hotel. You need to be born to work in hospitality business in permanent interaction with people. Surprisingly, even while being professional, this lack of natural dedication with the job was touchable. Anyways, we loved the stay and would return happily to Mövenpick. Please take my comments as indications to improve the level of satisfaction of your guests. P.s. why does Mövenpick ice cream in hotel cost more than in any supermarket?

My Accor # 30…5083, reservation was made thru krasnayapolyanaresort.ru I would like to say thank you to the Movenpick team for this wonderful stay. I would like to notice and thank Daria at the reception for my early check-in and solving all the check-in enquiries. Also another receptionist Valentina helped a lot with pick-up of the forgotten closes. Maid on the 2nd floor (Daria as far as I remember but might be wrong), helped us a lot with making the 3rd bed and room in general. This is how a 5-star hotel should be in my opinion. Hail to the hotel manager Alexey Golovlev for organising the work and collecting wonderful staff.
