Great hotel and room, very nice breakfasts. Incredible view (depends on the room obviously). SPA a bit small with no pool, but good enough to decompress after a day of walking in the nearby mountains.

When I reached the hotel they informed me that they have an issue with accepting American Express card ! However Anina Made our life easier and she give us a free card for the cable transfer ! However the bathtub was dirty and there was hair in the toilet which was disgusting

The hotel located right near the slopes of Krasnaya Polyana ski resort, view from windows is breathtaking. Full-range breakfast with glass of champagne charges with energy for the whole day.

Great experience, good staff, breakfast. The two things to improve are quality of the rooms (shower head was not 100% working, I saw a spider) and watch guests following anti-COVID-19 prevention measures. THe hotel is very good about it, but people do not always wear the masks properly (covering a nose as well) and using lifts with a limited capacity. Though it should not be super intrusive - I understand.

Not 5 star hotel experience

Stuff was friendly but not completely helpful. Like they were not really interested in helping, just doing minimal requirements for the job. I was warned that it’s like that in Russia, but I couldn’t believe that it could happen in 5* hotel. Service is no near Europe or even Asia. And I traveled a lot and stayed in many nice hotels. And some of them were a lot cleaner and overall experience was much better even in 4* hotels and prices per night were even less then here. Concierge Elena thought was really nice and helpful, good recommendations. Yanina on the reception was really helpful with recommendations too. However, my room was really “tired” and needed serious cleaning. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have stains on walls(oh so many of them!), thick layers of dust on a headboard and well every other surface, except obvious ones like table, nightstands, etc. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, many of them. Some were chipped and there were small pieces laying in a shower. Bed linen was dirty as well, it was washed, but looked like before bed it was thrown on a dirty floor or something like that. On a balcony there were spider web, dead insects, mold or moss (or something else green) and it looked like there was no cleaning for a really long time! I was refused in a room change. And only because it was just one night stay and I was very tired from the flight and driving from the airport, I stayed in that room. Otherwise I would not stay in this insanitary, especially in the pandemic times. Instead I was offered extra cleaning. It was cleaned only in places I pointed out, the rest stayed the same... I really enjoyed the area with mountains and all the nature around. It’s absolutely amazing. But service saddened a little overall impression of my stay. Would be nice to have it all sorted and properly cleaned (like you are the first person staying in a room) so it will be a real 5* experience that you expect booking a 5* hotel.
