While I wouldn't call this a true 4 star hotel, I had a comfortable stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. The street it's on isn't super nice but it's safe. My room was comfortable and the hotel staff was nice. The sage water in the lobby every morning was soo delicious.

This hotel is excellent. We stayed only for one night and I wish we could stay for longer. It’s close to the centre but not in a crowded area. The rooms design is perfect and we felt like we didn’t want to leave the room to explore the city as it was just so good in there. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We loved every minute of our stay and if we go back to Split, we definitely are going to book this hotel again. It’s just perfect.

We had a lovely time here, thank you to the team for having us. From the ladies checking us in who accommodated an early check in, complimentary cold water and a tote bag being delivered to the room, and Lucija who looked after us at breakfast, all staff were excellent, kind and polite. The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and clean. Air conditioning was great and electric shutters kept sunlight and heat out of the rooms. The balcony was a lovely touch and the bathroom was also great. Breakfast was yum and filling, with a cooked breakfast and buffet with barista coffee. The location was easily accessible by bus from the airport and split was very walkable from the hotel. It was a 5 star experience overall, not a single negative, we will stay here every time we are in split! Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Fermai. We just stayed for one night, but wish we had stayed longer. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I would stay here every time I return to Split!
