Hello everyone, here is our feedback. On arrival there was no upgrade despite platinum status as it was fully booked, but I could always ask. In the room which was clean the shock was 1 bed with a 1.5 metre mattress and therefore much smaller than the bed itself (photographed) and definitely too small for 2 adults and 1 child (6 years). Why a booking is still possible today is a mystery to me. The next morning there was an extra bed after several requests, but service is different here! Other problems were: At the pool there were only 2 umbrellas which were sometimes open or mostly closed despite the automatic system. a great pity. The breakfast was good but after 11 days and no variety we had finished. There was no apple juice for 3-4 days and croissants were sometimes in short supply and some dishes were not available. The beach was/is nice but in a resort fee an umbrella MUST be included and not cost 22 USD per day. All in all, we had the feeling that we were disturbing the staff with our requests and the result was an annoyed reaction. Unfortunately, from my point of view, I have burnt far too many hard-earned points here and I would appreciate a refund, also because the construction site in front of the door was noisy every day and we were far from quiet.

I really did not think that the hotel was at the level that the M Gallery hotels are in Australia. As a diamond member I expect to be made to feel looked after but did not at this hotel. Taking a big deposit and then an additional $300 as I extended my stay was over the top.

Smell of marijuana

My stay at the hotel would be excellent if unfortunately there wasn't the unpleasant smell from some guests. SEVERAL times I was surprised by the smell of marijuana in the hallway and even inside the panoramic elevator. There was once a couple smoking pot by the pool as if nothing was going on. It is something very unpleasant to go through this in a hotel of such quality and excellence. The treatment of the employees was impeccable. Everyone treated me super well and went above and beyond my expectations.

Nice hotel but lacking amenities it promises. We had to pay $ 260 to park for 6 days. No microwave, ice and trash pick up were an issue daily. Had to get ice from front desk only trash had to be taken down to front desk. The restaurant charges an arm and leg for basic items. We kept having to ask for wash cloths and towels daily. Had to even go without one day and went and bought our own. Another thing is most of the staff were not English speaking so getting any assistance was like pulling teeth. Won’t be returning nor recommending

The hotel was well locatet, and the cleaning was , as it should be. But we did not feel welcome at all. And the staff in the restaurant, misunderstood the orders and at one occation, they did not bring, what we ordered at all. The breakfast was lousy. The staff at the front desk, made us feel , like we were in the way, exept one lady, who was there in the morning. I have astma, and sometimes the aircondition make it worse, and then I need fresh air, but the windows could not open so 2 times , during the night, I had an astma attac, and needed extra medicine. Concidering the price ,and the stars of the hotel, I expected better. We cannot recomend the hotel to others
