Had planned a visit to South Beach (I used to live there, live in Palm Beach now) to see friends for some time. Unfortunately, the place where I board my dog had to cancel so I had to find a hotel that was pet friendly and would accommodate an English Bulldog. The SLS not only accommodated us, but was a fantastic stay. Everyone was friendly on top of the room being wonderful, along with great restaurants (Katsuya, Bar Centro). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets. It’s a great location (one block from Lincoln Road). I’d even bring my kids for a future visit, there were a lot of families also staying. Highly recommend!!

Let’s just say I’ve had better experiences at a highway side Hampton Inn. Don’t waste your money on a suite and get a regular room at a better hotel. At least you’ll have working showers, lighting, and helpful, courteous staff. The soap doesn’t even work and make sure you pack your own lotion.

I am blown away by the service and amenities of this hotel considering its reasonable prices. The way I am treated at the SLS is similar to much, much more expensive and exclusive hotels, and I love that. You get so much atmosphere, culture and an actually artful experience here, and the parties are great. The beach amenities are very convenient and the location is perfect. I will stay here again and again.

20% service charge included on all purchases made service slow and servers indifferent to customer’s experience. Villa was a bit run down with condensation dripping from the bathroom ceiling at a steady pace. Always a wait at the front desk with only one person working at a time.

The people of the hotel (Quionis) are extremely attentive despite some without patience. The hotel sins in some details, such as breakfast is repetitive after the third day and the cleaning of the room is very superficial, the pool was also dirty and was not cleaned in any of the 4 days we were there.
