Great property great location lots of hidden fees 150 a night deposit plus 52 a night resort fees non refundable ordering food at the hotel they automatically add 18% gratutiy parking is 47 a day unless you go to a parking deck a mile or 2 away...I feel like I couldn't enjoy my stay like I wanted to for fear of what I was gonna be charged breakfast for 2 people one had no meat he's vegetarian was 57.

Enjoyed the stay, friendly staff, Jessy at the bar was super nice, great location. The rooms have a cool design and really nice showers, good water pressure. Nice outdoor space in back and inside if you want to do emails. I booked via AMEX platinum and there were some perks as well.

Outstanding service, great property. I really like the swimming pool and the beach here I recommend this place. I received outstanding service from Ana and Fernando at the front desk as They were very welcoming and professional. Also, as usual Rafaelo was very welcoming and helpful, I also want to thank the staff at the pool, Desiree and Quionis wee phenomenal and Chris at the beach.

“Disappointing Stay at an Overhyped Hotel”

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, but our excitement quickly faded upon check-in. The front desk staff were unfriendly and came across as snobbish, making the check-in process unpleasant. Despite being Accor members, our membership was not acknowledged, and no effort was made to explain the hotel’s facilities, such as Wi-Fi or breakfast, even though these were included in our booking. The room itself was disappointing. The design was cramped with very little usable space. One of the showerheads had no hot water, no matter how long we left it running, and the same issue occurred with the hand basin. To make matters worse, our room was situated next to a noisy construction site, making mornings far from relaxing. Basic amenities, like coffee pods, were not restocked during our stay, adding to the overall sense of neglect. There were also unexpected costs that weren’t communicated clearly, which felt misleading. Breakfast was underwhelming, with long waits to be served and for food to arrive. The checkout experience was no better, as the staff remained curt and unhelpful. By the time we left, we were relieved to be done with our stay. Overall, this hotel failed to live up to its hype. It seems more reliant on its PR image than on delivering a quality guest experience.

Quirky renovation of the old Ritz Plaza

The hotel is very quirky! An all-white room with very modern amenities. The shower has two sides with excellent shower heads (one of which was oversized) but the faucet in the vanity has taps that are really hard to turn off with wet hands - we found this very frustrating! The room had an extensive minibar and the king bed was huge. The resort is nice and it’s only a short walk to the beach.
