Dear Clemence, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. We have noted your comments regarding the shower, bathroom joints, bathrobes and slippers, as well as the condition of the hammam. These points have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for follow-up. Regarding the water in the room, complimentary bottled water is provided on the day of arrival. It is not automatically replenished on subsequent days. As for the jacuzzi, its water is changed every day in accordance with local regulations. We therefore understand your concern, but the water is subject to the required daily maintenance and hygiene procedures. We also take note of your comments regarding the breakfast, including the temperature of the beans and the availability of maple syrup, as well as your observations concerning facilities for children.
