Séjour très agréable hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville de Riga non loin de tout commerce restaurant etc… Hôtel très propre agréable lit confortable personnel accueillent.

Nous avons pu avoir une chambre avec vue (plusieurs chambres donnent sur un puis de lumière). Accueil attentionné. Restaurants, cafés, vielle ville et à proximité immédiate ; ville art nouveau & déco à proximité. Nous avons pu prendre très facilement le taxi commandé par l'hôtel, certes de l'autre côté du jardin et non devant l'hôtel ; mesure probable de sécurité, le parlement letton étant à proximité immédiate. Très bon séjour.

Bien situé mais le service est moyen:: lit à peine fait ( juste la couette vaguement remise), fenêtre (minuscule) mais couverte de fiente d’oiseaux non nettoyée en 4 nuits malgré ma demande photo à l’appui, pas de welcome drink. Petit déjeuner moyen ( pas de fruits de saison, par exemple fraises,myrtilles, pourtant abondants au marché. Salle de PDJ aveugle sans aucun charme. Impossible d’avoir un coin de salon calme le vendredi soir où un DJ se produit dans tout le hall…

Dans ma vie j’ai connu des surclassements mais un déclassement c’est la première fois. Chambre sans vue près du local technique, lit non refait, réassort des mouchoirs et accessoires (cotons tiges…) non fait. Débit immédiat de ma carte bancaire, American Express refusée… Les taxis ne peuvent pas s’arrêter devant l’hôtel (c’est pratique avec des valises) Bref à éviter
