The hotel offers an excellent standard of service. The rooms, restaurant, and overall facilities are outstanding. The staff are lovely, professional, and truly make guests feel welcome and impressed. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. I slept very well and felt warm and relaxed throughout my visit. Special thanks to Khun Aoi from the housekeeping team for the adorable towel elephant. It was such a lovely touch and made my stay even more memorable. I am very impressed and will definitely return again. Thank you. 🙏

My go to hotel in BAngkok !

Every time when I come to Bangkok, I would choose to stay at this hotel. I’ve been staying with them for many years already. The location is perfect, lots of convenience store and Massage places around the hotel . And there’s only five minutes walk to the BT station. What was importantly, the staff are super friendly.

Staff name Dao left us a towel art after she help house keeping. It was great. Room is nicely clean and water has been refilled. Excellent service overall.

Everything was good, especially the cleaning people (Dao) made an outstanding job!!! Only negative point is the thin walls and doors - I heard every single noise from the corridor and could understand why my room neighbours were talking about even though all doors were closed.

Extremely good experience

The location is the best. Really close to the BTS and EM shopping centre which is my favourite in BKK. There are good restaurants and cafés around the hotel. It’s convenient to have 711 next to the hotel. The room is not big but enough for two persons. DAO gave us the best room-clean service and she surprised us every time by creating cute animals with towels!
