Excellent service especially room cleaning Bang- on. Efficient friendly reception Pare and May. Attentive waiters and waitresses at breakfast. Pleasant uncrowded pool. Quiet room. Reasonable TV channels. Very limited storage space with only two small drawers. Pillows too large. Packed small mini bar with hardly any space to store my medicines or personal provisions Unnecessary large deposit required upon check-in. Hotel location is perfect a few steps to Emporium and BTS Phrom Phong. Stayed twice this month for a total of 13 days. Enjoyed my stay at Mercure.

I've served been by Nicha and luggage counter staff. They provide impressed service. The room was cleaned very well, the breakfast had a variety of choices and was delicious, and the bar on the top floor had a beautiful view. The staff smiles and greets you kindly.

Great hotel in a spot on location. Comfortable bed and effective air con made the stay pleasant. Ladda looked after the room and was always helpful and friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great coffee in the bars. Nice rooftop pool and bar as well.
