My third time in this hotel and again a stunning experience. Everyone is extremely friendly, especially Blu, Pond and Bird and their colleagues from the pool bar took excellent care of us with exceptional service. Will come again soon and have already recommended to friends!

really enjoyed the hospitality Mercure provided while we were there! Special mention to PhornPhan who was super sweet throughout the stay. She greeted us whenever she see us and surprised us with towels made into elephants when we came back into the room after a day out. My kid absolutely loves it and we took some pictures which we will keep as memory!

Nice hotel at the convenient location with malls and restaurants, easy to go around anywhere in city as it is close to train station. Room is clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food had great variety and tasted delicious. Recommendable stay in Mercure BKK

As return guests, we always have good time at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. Staying at the same room in 3 consecutive times, haha. Clean room, infinity of roof top swimming pool, are amazing. Even though there is not enough deck chair, but the view is fabulous. On 12th October 2024, we arrived at The Market Restaurant which is located on 8/F at about 9:45 in the morning. A little bit disappointed because some of the food ran out. Happily, I asked the server for eggs and bacon and he delivered the food to my table finally. Overall, we loved the hotel. Certainly, we will come back next year.

The hotel is very good, the bar too😄thanks to Pond, Pee, Blue, Frame and O who do an excellent service 😄Every time I go there I have a great time. the view is magnificent from the rooftop, I didn't sleep there this year but having stayed almost 1 month in this hotel, I know that the rooms remain incredible in all circumstances
