Whenever I stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, I always feel that the front desk team is professional and efficient. Even though they handle many high-tier members, they never get the names wrong on the welcome cards. They are also very generous with the welcome drink selection. The lounge is excellent as well. I truly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to spend too much on a luxury property but still want a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located on a slightly lively street with a few bars, restaurants, and street food nearby. There are also massage shops close by, but it is not a red-light area. Plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance. It is conveniently close to BTS and MRT stations, as well as major shopping centers like Terminal 21. The in-house bars are very good, the restaurant is excellent, and the gym and pool area (with a pool bar) are outstanding. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The room was excellent, with strong air-conditioning that worked perfectly. Many well-known hotels are also nearby. Overall, I loved my stay and found it great value for money. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
