Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet the standards you expected. We would, however, like to clarify that our swimming pool is heated at a constant temperature of 29°C for guest comfort. Regarding the swimming caps, their use is mandatory in accordance with Bulgarian health and safety regulations applicable to sports clubs and swimming pools. Guests are, of course, welcome to use their own swimming caps if they have such. We sincerely regret the inconveniences you experienced concerning housekeeping, breakfast variety, room amenities, soundproofing, and the misunderstanding during check-out. While isolated issues and human errors may occur, we fully understand your disappointment given the accumulation of these points during your stay.
