I am pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be clean and that you enjoyed the spaciousness of your executive room. However, I sincerely apologize for the noise disturbances you experienced during your stay. We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests and will take your feedback into consideration as we continuously work to enhance the comfort of our accommodations. Regarding the Wi-Fi access, I understand how frustrating it can be not to have this information readily available in your room. It is actually written on the keycard holder and is a pity that it was not clearly communicated to you. I regret to learn about the issues you faced with the airport shuttle service. Our goal is to provide seamless transportation solutions for our guests. It appears there was a lack of communication regarding the availability of the shuttle at your specified time and I understand how disappointing that can be. We encourage guests to confirm transportation needs ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback.
