Bel hôtel, propre mais bruyant malgré la chambre exécutive spacieuse située aux étages supérieurs. il a fallu demander le code WIFI à la réception car non indiqué ni dans la chambre ni sur la carte. La télé indique le nom du client mais ce n'était pas le mien... Deux jours avant mon arrivée j'ai envoyé un mail demandant d'avoir une navette depuis l'aéroport en indiquant le nr de vol et l'heure d'arrivée 17h . Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Le jour J, pas de navette. J'appelle l'hôtel et on m'explique que à cette heure il n'y a pas de navette et vaut mieux prendre un taxi. En effet 20 min d'attente pour le taxi car beaucoup de monde dans le Hall d'arrivées... pour 15 min de trajet.....

Regarding the Wi-Fi access, I understand how frustrating it can be not to have this information readily available in your room. It is actually written on the keycard holder and is a pity that it was not clearly communicated to you. I regret to learn about the issues you faced with the airport shuttle service. It appears there was a lack of communication regarding the availability of the shuttle at your specified time and I understand how disappointing that can be. We encourage guests to confirm transportation needs ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. Hôtel excentré du centre ville mais bien desservi par les bus pour y accéder rapidement . La literie est confortable, les chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées . La paroie de douche original.

Chambre spacieuse et propre, avec vue sur la montagne. Café et thé dans la chambre. Distributeur d'eau dans la couloir, à côté des ascenseurs. Télé avec chaîne française (France Info). Excellent accueil. Personnel aimable et serviable. Je suis arrivé vers 13h et j'ai eu la surprise d'apprendre que ma chambre était déjà prête. Check-out rapide, avec envoi de la facture par mail. Très bon petit-déjeuner (sucré). Arrêt de bus à proximité. Chambre située côté rue, donc avec un peu de bruit de circulation.
