The only hotel we stay every time when we come to Seoul, South Korea. Close to the Gangnam walking street with a lot of foods and drinks. Only 5 min walk to the Sinnonhyeon Station and the hotel is the station for the Airport bus, which is very convenient to go and come from Incheon

I visited with a friend on Christmas Day and found myself in an awkward situation where I couldn't go to the restaurant when I made the reservation. At that moment, Louis at the front desk kindly called the restaurant directly to help me adjust the reservation. Thanks to his caring help, I had a wonderful evening without any stress. This was my first visit to Novotel Gangnam, and I had a very pleasant experience. Louis, front office at the hotel, recommended a restaurant that I truly enjoyed, and I was very satisfied with both the recommendation and his excellent service. I felt genuine appreciation for his kindness and professionalism. In addition, the hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with easy access to airport buses and public transportation. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit
