When I checked in at the hotel, a staff named Billy was so kind that I felt good. I think I was able to have more diverse experiences because he introduced the hotel in detail. I want to come back again.

Overall the services are good. The hotel is located in the embassy area, which is a bit quiet during the days and not close to anything. The room is not big but cozy and clean. Love the sauna at the B2 and there is always good to have a hot bath coming back from the cold day in Seoul,

Hi Mondrian Seoul Itaewon Team, Firstly I would get my utmost appreciation towards the entire time for my pleasant stay in your establishment. I had the most incredible experience during my 8 days stay in your hotel. Front desk I apologize that I can’t get their individual name before I leave, but all I can say is that they are all professional and very accommodating. Because I had an early flight in the morning, I was able to check-in early with the assistance of the front desk officers. Check-in was smooth and without hassle. Before I proceed to my room, they explain the in-house rules and regulations, which I willingly follow. They also respond to my questions when I have them. Concierge Team They are very helpful with my request for a hotel transfer to the airport. Despite the fact that they do not provide limo service, they provide an alternative service provider to meet my needs, which I gladly accept. Because I had an evening trip back home, I was permitted to check-out later than normal. Housekeeping Level 16 housekeeper was quite professional in her duties, and we did start up a conversation. She makes me feel at ease every time she cleans my room, and she is never short of supplies since she continuously replenishes what is needed. I'm quite impressed with her commitment. Valet Team, Despite having to manage the valet service and traffic, I was impressed by the degree of customer service they provided, especially for a solo traveler like myself. They assist me arrange a cab when I need one, have a little conversation while I wait, and always make me feel welcome when I walk in the door. Privilege bar Team, I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am to this team. I was most impressed by their service, and I had the nicest experience I'd ever had. TB, Lucas, Brody, Lizzy, Luna, Liam, Aleen, you guys amaze me with your abilities and great personalities. You people made such an impression on me throughout my stay that I wish to return. I will always look forward to 6 p.m. since that is when your bar opens. It was a joy to be served by all of you. Every one of you nails every drink I order, and having that consistency for three nights in a row tells me that you're genuinely into being a bartender. It's lovely to see TB and Lucas adore their bartender like family. Brody has the experience to propose amazing cocktails, as well as the quickness and consistency. Lizzy has the experience as well, and I adore her margarita since it's not overbearing and really smooth, unlike others I've had in Singapore. Luna is the loveliest and most cheerful girl I've ever met. Have the experience and charisma of a great bartender. She produced a couple of cocktails for me. Aleen- Despite having the least experience and being the youngest at the bar, I believe you have a lot of promise ahead of you. Your Negroni drink was by far my favorite. Haven't been to Itaewon in years so this new addition was a fabulous treat! Definitely oozes 5 star experience! Looks like a new hotel with fantastic decor and a great fitness center/ spa. Front desk men were more friendly and offered to help more than the ladies but other than that the staff were attentive and helpful! Standard room was small but cozy and nicely decorated. Cleo restaurant is highly rated but has an expensive breakfast ( mine was included in my rate) but I was like it was more like "cafeteria" fare ..for almost 30 bucks so not great value for those who paid. Coffee shop was clean and cozy and only a few retailers in the shopping area....in time it can be a top notch spot but more work need to be done..Overall a great experience and I would definitely return! Takes about 45 mins or so without traffic from Incheon
