Tolles Hotel, alles bestens, zwei Empfehlungen: - die Klaviermusik im Hotel ist etwas laut und nervt - nachts wird immer starker Raumduft versprüht in der Lobby, sehr unangenehm - Gran A ist leider geschlossen

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen weder dem Preis noch den Erwartungen. Das Personal wirkt überfordert und extrem langsam – besonders beim Check-in hatte man das Gefühl, bewusst über Preise und Zimmerkategorien getäuscht zu werden. Die Situation im Restaurant setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf: chaotischer Service, lange Wartezeiten und ein Personal, das weder kompetent noch organisiert wirkt. Insgesamt absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Hier stimmt weder Preis-Leistung noch der grundlegende Service.

Sehr bequem, sauber, freundlich und entspannt. Mitarbeiter, Gi-Tae Kim, an der Rezeption war super nett, gastfreundlich und sehr kompetent sowie professionell, was meinen ganzen Aufenthalt besonders glücklich gemacht hat. Ein einziges kleines Problem war es, dass das Klo verstopft war und das Wasser nach dem Stuhlgang überflossen war.
