Sehr bequem, sauber, freundlich und entspannt. Mitarbeiter, Gi-Tae Kim, an der Rezeption war super nett, gastfreundlich und sehr kompetent sowie professionell, was meinen ganzen Aufenthalt besonders glücklich gemacht hat. Ein einziges kleines Problem war es, dass das Klo verstopft war und das Wasser nach dem Stuhlgang überflossen war.

Gut gelegenes Hotel und wirklich alles sehr ordentlich, sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Das Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch wirkte das Personal oft ohne Grund sehr gestresst (Empfang, Concierge, Sport-/Spa-Bereich) Im Restaurant gab es zum veganen Bibimbap Anchovies.

Seit mehreren Jahren buchen wir das Hotel für unsere Geschäftsreisen. ich finde die Zimmer veraltet und nicht mehr Zeitgemäss, z.B. Badewanne ?' Dies hatte ich schon einige Jahren davor bemängelt. Die Zimmer müssten erneuert werden, Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht mehr.
