You feel less than an occasional Guest despite that you are a Diamond one. 25 min to check in despite that it was done online 2 days in advance. No lounge open and 10 people needs to be called ti get the approval to have a drink and appetizers in their substition restaurant. No one was aware about the newly introduced 10 Euros offered vouchers and after 30 min discussion I had to leave without using them since it was embarrassing to argue @ the reception in front of many people. Thank you for making us feel special! and please if you want to answer with a generic response stating that the feedback will allow you to serve us better in future, just keep it for you.

As a Platinum member of the Accor loyalty programme I got a very good upgrade to the suite they know I like from previous visits so I kept cancelling my reservations elsewhere and extending my stay as the staff were all so nice to me and I felt at home. The members of staff were Aadil, Dilki, Melissa, Mohamed H, Mohammed K, Nikita, Stella, Sushil and Taqi on reception, Chandra, Lolita and Rubie in gazebo lounge, housekeepers Abbas, Dhan and Dishali, porters Hasan and Moorthy, housekeepers Abbas, Dhan and Dishali and a few more whose names I didn't get and it's thanks to all these people that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There were a few negative points like waiting for an hour for room service one night for just a salad and a frozen pizza. The waiter told me the chef was busy preparing suhoor as I was there during Ramadan but he should have been busy preparing my food first as he had all night to get the suhoor ready. Another night I was served faster but got the worst club sandwich I have ever had in my life, just white bread with a few things on it, hardly a club sandwich. I was not informed during the first part of my stay that the executive lounge service for Platinum members was available so I missed out on breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés for several days until I was told about it one evening when checking back in. Another day they couldn't find my car which I had valet parked the night before. The valet on duty told me he couldn't drive(!) and said the car was in the underground car park and I had to go with him. It wasn't there so we went to the surface car park and couldn't find it either, I was going crazy at such inefficient service. Another porter and the security guard joined in the search and we finally found the car hidden away at the end of the surface car park. Note to valet parking - write the number of the parking space and location on the ticket!

This is a nice hotel with very big rooms. the rooms are clean and the bathroom is big. the breakfast on a buffet is very good and you find everything what you like. It is also not so far away from the airport.

Hotel zbudowany pod koniec lat 90-tych, ale ma wezystko czego potrzebuje turysta. Miła obsługa, szczegolnie Amina, ktora pomogła nam we wszystkim. Fajny basen z ciepłą woda w zimie. Jest tez sauna i jacuzzi dostepne dla gosci. Poza tym goscie z wysokim statusem Accor mają dostęp do executive lounge. Bardzo udant pobyt za nieduże pieniadze.

This was my second stay in a month and my experience wasn’t changed; the hotel is getting better every time. The staff are very nice and cooperative and Mr. Mohammed Kheladi is doing an amazing to pull everything together and is leading the team patiently and professionally.Definitely I will return to the hotel soon.

The doorman at the Lebanese restaurant should warn you about the steps before you fall flat on your face

I went to the Lebanese restaurant one night, the entrance was dark as there was a belly dancer on stage. I tripped down one step because I couldn't see anything and managed to catch myself then tripped down a second step and just managed to grab the bar, scraping my arm in the process. The doorman then finally moved to catch me when I'm flat on my face on the bar with a bleeding arm. Any hotel or restaurant guides their customers when there are steps even when it isn't dark. As usual when I arrived, there wasn't a porter in sight but a female security guard called Ugyen came out to get my luggage and later brought it to my room. As a Platinum member of the Accor loyalty programme I got an upgrade but wasn't happy when I saw that the toilet hadn't been flushed so I went back downstairs and talked to the duty manager Mohamad who gave me a decent upgrade to a suite which I was much happier with. I often get double upgrades and hotels should treat their Platinum members as nicely as they can especially when the hotel occupancy rate is low. Thanks to Mohamad giving me this upgrade, I cancelled a reservation elsewhere and extended my stay and ended up spending 4 nights there instead of just 1 night. If i hadn't got that upgrade I wouldn't have stayed longer. I have to give 5 stars to the housekeeping staff who were fantastic - executive housekeeper Corazon who came up to meet me, supervisor Sandy who made sure everything was to my liking in the suite and got me extra footstools and housekeeper Mahadev who did a wonderful job cleaning my room every day. It was a real pleasure to arrive in the evening and see what a great job he had done. I had to call engineering for a few issues, the curtain in the bedroom was hanging down and needed to be reattached, the minibar was broken and needed to be replaced and there were many light bulbs missing. The lighting system is a nightmare, either all the lights are on or they're all off so you can't read at night and if you want a more intimate atmosphere in the living room you can't switch the bright hall light off. There were no sockets by the bed so luckily I had brought an extension cable with me which is a must when you travel here as many hotels don't have sockets in the right places. The gym is probably the best one in the airport area, it's nothing fancy but has all the equipment you need for a decent workout. The pool is not so good, hexagon shape not suitable for swimming lengths and children everywhere.

Empty Hotel with Courtious Staff

Its Difficult time I was one of the only 12 guest at the hotel, the staff was courteous and offered a room with a view, however there was "mashawi night" Dinner with loud music playing it didn't stop till 23:00, was it pleasant, the staff again offered to change room but it was bit tedious when you already settled in the room. over all good, value for money even the breakfast was good.
