The service was great, the room was just as I remember and the food was great. The hotel caters to your every need and the staff members are very helpful. The accessibility directly to the mall is also a plus. I used booking.com for this booking. I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for ny father in law. Both rooms were the exact same price and we took the breakfast option. However, much to my dismay, my father in law got a room on the 10th floor and me on the 6th floor which wasn't a problem. However, my room did not have coffee facilities and no mini bar whilst my father in laws room did. When I enquired about this I was told that rooms on the 6th floor does not offer these as its not on the executive floors. No one could explain how two rooms of the exact price were that much different.

We stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments at the Residences from March 30 to April 13. As always, it was great and lovely for us. This hotel is unique and desirable in every way, service, location, value, rooms, quality of sleep, staff, etc. All the staff are polite, kind and friendly. I remember the name of Mrs. Triruti from the reception staff at the Residences and I appreciate her and all the staff at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to those who are planning to travel to Dubai and I will choose this hotel every time I travel to Dubai.

Decent location, conveniently close to major tourist spots and the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a plus. However, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and despite asking for it to be changed, nothing was done. Everything else was okay, but honestly, I’ve stayed in better hotels for a similar price. You get what you pay for.
