Hotel is very nice Good location near to shopping mall 5 mins from metro access Free complimentary beach service, Room very neat and clean, swimming pool very good , Front office staff Dm amer , Glory , bell boy , ayyappan , junker , amur , security lady June,. Noisy housekeeping completely ruined my sleep

I have stayed with this hotel many times before and never had this problem which is why i am SO disappointed. My last day here has been ruined as my sleep was completely ruined despite having complained THREE times. The housekeeping guy was SO noisy. I could hear the glass water bottles crashing against wach other so loudly. Despite having complained THREE times from 9 am to 10 am, it made no difference to the housekeeping guy. In fact after the thirdt time i complained, he even started vaccuming. Terrible experience. Was not expecting this.

Really we enjoyed we have great time with all hotel team members they are amazing nice kind always smiling helpful people and friendly team The concierge and door man always nice and giving are excellent costumer service Room very big and spices with creekside view Nice atmosphere Value of money I like it this staff junkeer Ayyappan Moreen Sarani always ready for excellent customer service with polite way Highly recommend for all friends and family members

Value for money , it's accessibility to Deira City Center Mall and near the Metro, rooms are clean and above all the staff. Ms. Jyogiri from the front desk was amazing . Pool is small but according to the property size that's understandable See you soon.
