Service is amazing. The other day I asked Snow, who works at the restaurant, if they would serve a certain plate again and she said that they won’t then the next day she came to us with two of that plate just specifically for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service! Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Location is easily accessible from the airport 10 min and downtown attractions 15-20 min. Mall is across the street with variety of food in the food court. Mosques is behind the hotel 5 min walk. For desis variety of affordable food shops with nihari, parathas, puree, kadak chai available all day long till 2 am. Metro is at 5 min walk. Taxis and limos are easily accessible.

Excellent service, especially the staff are very supportive, the ambience was awesome, the food quality is very delicious. One of the hotel staff of the room service Ms. Hira was very good and courteous. The staff at swimming pool is also very supportive and courteous.

I was allocated a room upon check in then suddenly it got change and I needed to wait ( with 1 baby and 1 kid ). We made a request well before for a baby cot , but same was not in the room , had to request for same at the reception. I paid a transport to pick us at the hotel to the airport , the driver came to the reception ask for us, however we were taking breakfast and and at the reception they informed the driver we left . We did not even check out ! The driver even mentioned the name of the staff on reception who said this and indeed the staff was on the reception when we left the hotel. So the driver indeed did come. this cause a lot of hassle , had to get another transport and rush to the airport. The most surprising I have filled a survey for the complaint but nobody have revert back. I really not recommend Novotel Deira Creekside Dubai!
