My stay at Novotel & Ibis Deira felt like a smooth break from the rush of Dubai. From the start, the front office team welcomed me with real warmth. Their smiles, their calm way of helping, and the steady professionalism made check-in feel effortless. The room itself was peaceful, bright, and well kept. The bed was exactly what I needed after long days out in the city. I enjoyed looking out at the skyline each morning because the view added a small spark to the day. Every corner of the hotel felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully managed. I have to highlight two people who made my stay truly memorable: Ayyappan and Junkerr from the front office. Their approach to guests stood out. They carried themselves with confidence, patience, and genuine kindness. Whether answering questions or assisting with small requests, they made everything feel simple. Their attitude lifted the whole experience and added a personal touch that is hard to find. As a tourist, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and looked after in a natural and friendly way. The hotel has a great location, strong service, and a team that knows how to treat guests with care. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and hospitality that truly feels sincere.

Hotel położony w centrum w pobliżu galerii handlowej oraz stacji metro. Bliskość stacji metro ułatwiało poruszanie się po mieście. Miła obsługa. Śniadanie dobre. Hotel zapewnia transport na plażę co także uważam za duży plus.

Hotel staff was co operative. Hotel is good maintenance is good. Entrance staff, Housekeeping, breakfast team ( Shahini, zyad, ibrahim, snow, sahal, ushara, josephine, raza) all our well trained and hospitable. My daughter got burn and Mr. Mannan instantly with the team handled the situation. My kids love the swimming pool safe guards amir, atanka, pithpal they actually helped them swim well.

Good hotel. Usual Novotel standard. Nothing exceptional. Value for money

Location: Very close to the airport, so good for two or three night stopovers. Atmosphere: None. Rooms: Good. Novotel standard. Value: Not great. Provision of breakfast could have been better. Not as vast as some. Cleanliness: Excellent Noise: Quiet, no noticeable noise. Service: Pool side service adequate. Amenities: There are eating places in the hotel but the City Mall is across the road and there are eating places in the same street as the hotel that are perfectly adequate.
